DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
Orders placed by 4:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed the same day, subject to payment confirmation and item availability. Standard delivery is fulfilled via UPS Ground within 5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and are fulfilled through UPS Express Mail.
Signature Requirements
At checkout, you may elect to require a signature upon delivery. Please note the following:
- Signature required: A recipient must be present at the delivery address to accept and sign for the package.
- No signature selected: The package will be left at the delivery address without the need for a recipient to be present.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are typically delivered within 10–15 business days, depending on the destination country. Tracking information will be sent to the email address on file once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: International import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing full tracking details will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Which countries does LWA Atelier ship to?
LWA Atelier ships to all countries listed in the delivery dropdown at checkout. If your country does not appear, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Does LWA Atelier ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses?
LWA Atelier does not ship to P.O. boxes and is not responsible for packages lost as a result of an invalid or unsupported delivery address.
How are duties and taxes calculated?
Prices displayed on our website are exclusive of taxes. Sales tax will be calculated at checkout for customers located in New York. For international customers, duties and taxes are assessed upon the shipment crossing the destination border and will vary by country.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
Each order may only be shipped to a single address. If you need to send items to multiple locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
Will I need to sign for my order?
All domestic orders valued at $500.00 or more require a signature upon delivery unless you have contacted us in advance to waive this requirement. Signature requirements for international orders vary by destination country.
